Admin Operations Officer

About the role

The Admin Operations Officer will lead the Relationship Operations Coordinators and Ambassadors, overseeing cleaning and maintenance activities across multiple service locations. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, safety compliance, and efficient budget management while driving continuous improvement in cleaning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to guarantee service quality.
• Ensure teams follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Facilitate budget planning and monitor financial flow for operations.
• Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and review operation plans to enhance procedures and service standards.
• Select and oversee equipment, technologies, and supplies for project sites.
• Perform cleaning tasks using ride‑on machinery where required.
• Oversee customer accounts, employee assignments, and consumable distribution.
• Prepare and present progress reports, problem analyses, and solutions.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and produce presentation and training materials.
• Manage incident and emergency investigations.
• Interview, hire, and train new ROC’s and Ambassadors, and conduct site inspections.

Required profile

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of various cleaning solutions and their applications.
• Ability to perform field work and travel to multiple sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, project‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make rapid quality decisions.
