Admin and Operations Manager

About the role

The Admin and Operations Manager will lead the administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities and supporting overall business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all administrative functions, including office management, record keeping, procurement, and logistics.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems while maintaining confidentiality.
• Oversee maintenance of office facilities, assets, and supplies.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily business operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless business operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for management, and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, manage contracts and third‑party service providers.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in administration and operations management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
