Accounting Analyst

About the role

Fiscal 12 is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst to support core accounting operations for its manufacturing and product‑based clients. You will ensure the accuracy of balance‑sheet accounts, manage accruals, and help maintain robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform balance‑sheet account reconciliations and post GAAP‑compliant accruals and adjustments.
• Maintain work‑in‑progress schedules to support proper revenue and cost recognition.
• Assist with inventory setup, tracking, reporting, and cost accounting processes.
• Manage fixed‑asset schedules, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Support accounts payable activities and monitor accounts receivable, tracking DSO and collections.
• Improve accounting workflows, approvals, and internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA track a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing or product‑based businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and cost accounting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills.
