About the role
Cellit Limited, the operator for Dulux & Sandtex paints, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its finance team in Lagos. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Process invoices, payments and payroll entries.
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and tax compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: HND in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Immediate availability to start.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software.
What we offer
- Competitive salary (130,000).
- 13th month salary and leave allowance.
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
- Standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 7:30 AM‑5:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM‑3:00 PM.
