Accountant – 1-2 Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting reporting and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions where required.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
