Account Officer

About the role
The Account Officer will join the finance team at Royal Queen Products to ensure accurate financial record‑keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow‑ups on outstanding payments.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Assist management with financial data and analysis as required.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
