Account Growth Associate

About the role

The Account Growth Associate will convert inbound leads into paying customers for Pacten’s Studio subscription. Working remotely, you will engage prospects who have shown interest through website forms, ads, and landing pages, guiding them through the sales process to close.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new inbound leads and start conversations with interested prospects.
• Contact and engage prospects via phone calls and approved communication channels.
• Make up to 100 outbound calls per day as required.
• Develop a deep understanding of Pacten’s products, especially the Studio subscription.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections confidently throughout the sales process.
• Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into paying customers and meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Track calls, follow‑ups, opportunities, conversions, and other sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound or high‑impulse sales.
• Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads into paying customers.
• Strong telephone communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Experience with objection handling, follow‑up and closing.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Experience selling SaaS products or education‑related offerings is a plus.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Availability to work EST working hours.
