About the role
We are seeking a reliable, organised Academic Coach to provide additional support to four children (ages 6, 6, 10 and 12) who are already enrolled in an online school. The focus is on strengthening maths ability, building effective study habits, and monitoring academic progress.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor academic progress of all four children and report to parents.
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted maths support.
- Help children develop strong study habits, organisation, and independence.
- Encourage focus, accountability and motivation in an online learning environment.
- Complete an initial academic baseline assessment covering strengths, development areas, maths ability and study habits.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong maths ability and clear, simple explanation skills.
- Patient, calm, encouraging and reliable.
- Organised, consistent and able to engage children online.
- Genuine interest in education and child development.

- Mathematics proficiency
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary between ₦200,000 and ₦250,000.
