About the role
The 2023 KPMG Internship Programme offers Nigerian university students a chance to gain hands‑on experience in a leading professional services firm. Selected interns will work on real‑world projects, develop industry knowledge and build a professional network over the programme duration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist project teams with data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Support the preparation of client deliverables under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops organized by KPMG.
- Collaborate with colleagues across audit, tax or advisory units as assigned.
Required profile
- Aged 24 years or below and enrolled in a recognised university.
- Minimum academic standing of Second Class Upper Division (or equivalent).
- Completed at least the second year of study, but not in the final year.
- Possess at least five SSCE/IGSCE credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Official transcripts and a current CGPA.
- Pass an essay writing assessment and interview.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to live and work in Nigeria for the full programme.

- Reasonable digital skills.
