Website & Digital Platforms Officer

About the role

The Website & Digital Platforms Officer will manage the company’s web presence, ensuring content is uploaded accurately, platforms are optimised and technical issues are resolved promptly. The role works closely with internal IT, business units and external providers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer approved websites, microsites and related digital platforms, handling page creation, content uploads, updates, archiving and routine quality checks.
• Publish approved copy, images, videos and campaign assets on schedule, coordinating with content and creative teams.
• Verify links, forms, page layouts, metadata, downloads, mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility, correcting or escalating defects.
• Support improvements to site structure, search visibility, performance, accessibility and user experience based on analytics and user feedback.
• Log, track and coordinate resolution of hosting, domain, certificate, integration, security and functionality issues with IT and external providers.
• Maintain organised repositories of web assets, documents, templates and media files with proper naming, version control and permissions.
• Track website traffic, content performance and technical health, preparing periodic reports and recommendations.
• Maintain user access records, publishing permissions and change logs in line with digital governance and security requirements.
• Assist with website redesigns, microsites, platform enhancements and integrations by coordinating requirements, testing, content migration and acceptance checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, Digital Media, Information Systems, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in website administration, content management, digital platform operations or web project coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise content management systems and web analytics tools.
