About the role

SANY Nigeria is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage the high‑value spare parts inventory for heavy machinery in Lagos. The role combines precise data tracking, rigorous inventory control, and fast‑paced logistics to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute end‑to‑end tracking of inbound international container deliveries and high‑priority regional outbound dispatches, aiming for zero‑delay logistics.
• Lead monthly cycle counts and comprehensive physical audits to achieve a target of 99%+ inventory accuracy.
• Oversee heavy container off‑loading, verify industrial components against packing lists, and coordinate dispatch readiness.
• Maintain real‑time data logging of all stock movements within the ERP system to prevent stockouts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience handling heavy machinery parts, automotive components, or complex industrial spares.
• Degree (ND/HND or B.Sc.) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese is a distinct advantage.

Required skills

• Proven proficiency with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
