Waiter – Female Preferred (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑oriented Waiter (Female Preferred) to join our fast‑food team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. The role involves attending to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food, beverages, smoothies, and other menu items professionally.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, counters, and service areas.
• Assist customers with menu options and provide recommendations.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Support daily opening and closing activities of the outlet.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Waiter, Food Attendant, Customer Service Assistant, or similar role.
• Previous experience in a fast‑food restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, respectful, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
• Must be available for immediate employment.
