Visa Expert (UK, Canada & Schengen)

About the role

Impact Migration is looking for a highly experienced Visa Expert to lead end‑to‑end processing of UK, Canada and Schengen visa applications. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical abilities and a proven record of successful approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full visa cycles for the United Kingdom, Canada and Schengen countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, review and submit applications, handle online forms, appointment scheduling, biometrics bookings and fee processing.
• Conduct comprehensive client eligibility assessments, identify refusal risks and advise on required documentation.
• Draft cover letters, travel itineraries and supporting documents to strengthen applications.
• Perform quality checks, maintain confidential client records and provide timely status updates.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, train junior staff and keep the team informed of policy changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in visa processing and immigration advisory.
• Successful track record with UK, Canada and Schengen visa applications.
• Experience in a migration consultancy, travel agency or international education organization is preferred.
• Professional certifications in immigration, travel or global mobility are a plus.
