About the role

We are seeking a creative Videographer to produce high‑quality visual content that highlights our properties, projects, brand and services. The role involves filming property tours, crafting promotional videos and generating engaging social‑media clips that help drive sales and strengthen our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit comprehensive video tours of residential and commercial properties, ensuring clear storytelling and visual appeal.
• Develop promotional videos that showcase project milestones, brand values and service offerings for use on websites and presentations.
• Create short‑form, shareable social‑media videos that increase audience engagement and generate leads.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting setup, sound recording, composition and post‑production colour grading.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align video content with campaign objectives and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven videography and editing expertise with a strong portfolio of real‑estate or related projects.
• Creative eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics and social‑media trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished content under tight deadlines.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate video production is a distinct advantage.
• Immediate availability to start and work on‑site in Ibadan.
