About the role

The hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Doctor to lead the clinic as Practice Manager. This senior role combines clinical expertise with business leadership to drive operational excellence and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administration of the veterinary hospital to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service.
• Coordinate and supervise clinical and non‑clinical teams, maintaining smooth workflow and operational excellence.
• Drive business growth initiatives, client retention, service utilization, and revenue generation.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, inventory, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related clinical field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in veterinary practice, healthcare operations, or hospital administration.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving operational performance and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, client‑relationship, and stakeholder‑management skills.
