About the role
To supervise and ensure all quality assurance metrics are implemented and reviews conducted, then reported.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure existing internal controls and risk management practices are strictly adhered to.
- Keep the Group Head abreast of all occurrences through a robust Quality Assurance report.
- Coordinate group meetings and training sessions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Supervise periodic spot checks and process audits across key E‑business Operations functions.
- Mentor and train QA team members on process knowledge, audit expectations, and documentation standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
- First degree with at least Second‑Class honors; a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional certification is a plus.

- Core banking systems (e.g., Flexcube)
- Switching platforms
- Digital banking interfaces
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools
