UK University Expert Counselor

About the role

The UK University Expert Counselor will guide prospective students in Lagos through the entire UK university selection and application process, ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations to match students with suitable UK universities and programmes.
• Review academic documents, assist with personal statements and complete application forms.
• Organise information sessions and maintain accurate records of student interactions.
• Coordinate with internal visa and admissions teams to ensure timely processing.

Required profile

• Strong counseling and advisory abilities with excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Guidance & Counseling, International Relations or related field.
• Experience in student recruitment or study‑abroad counseling is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ikeja full‑time and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM or student management systems.
• Organisational skills for managing multiple student cases and meeting deadlines.
