TV Anchor / Presenter

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic TV Anchor/Presenter to deliver news bulletins, current‑affairs programmes and live shows. The successful candidate will engage viewers with clear, authoritative delivery while representing the station at public events.

Key responsibilities

• Anchor news bulletins, current‑affairs segments and live programmes on‑air.
• Research stories, prepare scripts and collaborate with the editorial team to ensure accuracy and balance.
• Conduct interviews with guests, experts and newsmakers, maintaining professionalism and on‑screen poise.
• Represent the station at events and contribute to digital/social media content.
• Work closely with producers, editors and reporters to ensure seamless broadcasts.

Required profile

• Degree in Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, English, Linguistics, Literature or a related field.
• Previous on‑air or TV presenting experience is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken English, strong news‑reading and interviewing abilities.
• Professional appearance, confident camera presence and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability for shift work, including weekends and breaking‑news coverage.
