Travel Manager

About the role

The Travel Manager will oversee all corporate travel activities, ensuring smooth coordination of flights, hotels, car rentals and related services for the company and its visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop positive relationships with travel vendors such as airlines, hotels and car rental companies.
• Negotiate preferred rates and travel packages with suppliers.
• Plan and book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels and ground transportation.
• Process travel documentation, payments, itineraries, visas, medical and legal forms.
• Address and resolve any travel‑related issues that arise.
• Research travel deals, evaluate prices and services, and arrange travel for business visitors.
• Create, optimise and monitor corporate travel policies.
• Prepare travel budget and spend reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel or hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the travel industry or educational consultancy with migration knowledge of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or EU.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Certification in travel or hospitality (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of visa, admission processes and CRM systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking tools such as Concur.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
