TikTok Shop Growth Manager

About the role

FOLQS is a fast‑growing D2C supplement brand in the United States. TikTok is the next major growth channel and we need a leader to own the entire TikTok Shop operation, from affiliates and creator partnerships to influencer outreach and the content pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including P&L thinking, growth targets, testing roadmap, and prioritisation across affiliates, content and paid media.
• Build, manage and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program – creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commissions, Open Collaboration, Targeted and VIP programmes, and relationship management.
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates content and creators capable of driving sales.
• Run Folqs organic strategy covering trends, cadence and community building.
• Ensure FTC‑compliant creator briefing.
• Report performance metrics such as GMV, attributed orders, CAC and creator ROI.
• Operate the affiliate platform (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire or equivalent).

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e‑commerce brands or agencies.
• Hands‑on experience running a TikTok Shop affiliate programme with measurable GMV.
• Fluent with TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one affiliate platform (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash or Insense).
• Volume operator – outreach to 50+ creators per month with documented reply‑rate data.
• Strong written English for creator briefs and outreach.
• Performance‑minded – measures work in conversions and GMV, not followers.
• Daily user of AI tools for outreach, briefs, content ideation and operations.
• Coachable and able to work alongside the founders.
