Territory Channel Manager

About the role

The Territory Channel Manager (TCM) will represent Kaspersky Lab to channel partners in the assigned territory, communicating the company’s strategy and vision. The role focuses on expanding market presence by working with partners and distributors to achieve renewal targets, increase partner reach, and generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with managed partners, distributors and unmanaged breadth channel to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain renewal rate targets and execute joint business planning with partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business‑related queries from partners and distributors.
• Align channel strategy with regional sales and development plans while ensuring compliance with Kaspersky Lab policies.
• Drive new business development through partner recruitment, enablement, and growth initiatives.
• Promote upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and facilitate partner participation in marketing programs.
• Participate in training sessions to effectively pitch new products, licensing, and partner program features.
• Collaborate with regional marketing to manage partner involvement in campaigns.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with approximately 3 years of experience in channel or partner sales.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of joint business planning and compliance requirements.
