Telecom Sales Consultant / Account Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecom Sales Consultant / Account Executive to join our remote team in Nigeria. You will engage U.S. consumers and businesses, presenting internet, phone, VoIP, cloud and other technology services, and guide them to the best solution for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects and identify their requirements.
• Explain service options (internet, phone, VoIP, cloud) and recommend solutions based on budget, location and needs.
• Present clear quotes, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate and help close sales while maintaining accurate notes in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with open opportunities and track prospects through the pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal staff and service providers after a sale is completed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and future account growth.
• Meet established sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written American English with a clear, confident voice.
• Strong sales, closing and rapport‑building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. consumers and business decision‑makers.
• Persistent, organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset and a quiet professional workspace.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with common online collaboration tools.
