Tele-Sales & Marketing Executive – Retail Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, target‑driven Tele‑Sales & Marketing Executive to join our insurance team in Opebi, Lagos. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting retail insurance products and converting prospects into policyholders while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales of retail insurance and financial protection products.
• Follow up with prospects via telephone, WhatsApp, email and other approved channels, maintaining a structured pipeline.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets, identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals, renewals and cross‑selling.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, identify target customer segments and participate in promotional campaigns.
• Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in tele‑sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone and digital channels.
• Commercially minded, results‑oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and clearly convey the value of insurance products.
