Technical Lead – Software Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive software engineering and technical delivery across multiple enterprise projects. You will guide development teams, ensure high‑quality code, and collaborate with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software engineering activities and oversee technical delivery.
• Guide developers on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure technical quality.
• Coordinate development across technical teams and support project estimation, planning, and risk management.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to align solutions with performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Support deployment, release management, and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• 7–15+ years of professional experience in enterprise‑scale technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; postgraduate degree or certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
