Technical GRC / Platform Specialist

About the role

Resiliv is looking for a Technical GRC / Platform Specialist to lead the technical setup, integration and administration of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platforms for client projects. The role ensures that GRC systems such as LogicGate are securely deployed, configured and kept stable across development, testing and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain GRC platforms (e.g., LogicGate) including environments, user roles, permissions and workflow modules.
• Integrate GRC solutions with enterprise systems such as HR, ERP, IAM and CRM, handling API setup and data exchange.
• Support single sign‑on (SSO), identity management and access provisioning to ensure secure connectivity.
• Execute data migration from legacy sources, validate data integrity and map compliance, risk and audit data.
• Perform technical testing, troubleshoot implementation issues and assist with deployments across DEV, UAT and PROD.
• Configure security settings, enforce access controls and monitor platform health to achieve high availability.
• Document configuration, integration processes and create knowledge‑transfer material for support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and administering GRC platforms (LogicGate or similar).
• Hands‑on experience integrating enterprise applications via APIs and managing SSO/IAM solutions.
• Solid understanding of data migration best practices and data integrity validation.
• Ability to work closely with solution architects, implementation consultants and infrastructure teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to platform stability and security.
