About the role
Relief360 Limited is looking for a hands-on Technical Facility Manager in Lagos to oversee facility operations and carry out routine maintenance and repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance faults.
- Monitor generators, pumps, water treatment systems and other facility equipment.
- Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain asset registers, work orders and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate specialist contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- OND/HND in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; equivalent relevant technical qualifications may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in facility or building maintenance is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong practical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Good organisational, communication and reporting skills.
