Technical Advisor II – Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning

About the role

The Faith and Community Initiative (FCI) is a multi‑country health programme led by World Vision and implemented by Catholic Relief Services in Nigeria, Liberia and Cameroon. The Technical Advisor II – MEAL will lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning activities for the Nigeria component, ensuring high‑quality data, donor compliance and continuous programme improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on MEAL at national and sub‑national levels.
• Design, adapt and manage monitoring tools and data collection methods appropriate to project scope.
• Coordinate MEAL activities, liaise with partners, government agencies and community stakeholders.
• Analyze programme data, produce reports and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Support learning initiatives, capture lessons learned and disseminate best practices.

Required profile

• Nigerian national with experience in health‑sector MEAL.
• Proven ability to work with government, faith‑based and civil‑society partners.
• Strong understanding of integrated HIV, TB, malaria, MCH and nutrition services.
