Team Member, Corporate Digital Payment Support

About the role

The Team Member, Corporate Digital Payment Support provides efficient support services to corporate banking customers using the Primusplus platform. The role ensures accurate settlement of payments, smooth onboarding, and compliance with bank service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily initiated payments to ensure accurate settlement or reversal, minimizing operational risk.
• Support onboarding and management of customers on the Primusplus platform, ensuring seamless setup and user experience.
• Contribute to creation and improvement of customer training programs, onboarding materials and user guides.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Bank's service standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in preparation and analysis of reports to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Reconcile various general ledgers managed by the team and verify processed transactions.
• Collaborate with solution providers and IT teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate current internet solution functionalities and help define requirements for upgrading the Primusplus platform.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of both local and international banking operations.
• Strong understanding of the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Well‑versed in industry best practices, emerging trends and innovations within the banking sector.
• Expertise in channel optimisation to enhance customer reach and operational efficiency.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Creative thinking, analytical ability and proactive problem‑solving.
• Good knowledge of payment industry regulations and electronic banking platforms.
• Familiarity with project and product management principles and strong verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (basic knowledge).
• Primusplus platform usage.
