Team Lead Marketer

About the role

Swift Consulting is looking for a dynamic Team Lead Marketer to drive its loan product promotion in Lagos. You will lead a group of marketers, develop acquisition strategies, and ensure the team meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate a team of marketers to achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and customer acquisition strategies for loan products.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in generating quality leads.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities and customer acquisition results.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly targets, track progress and report on performance.
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in sales, marketing, loan services, micro‑finance or banking.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a sales/marketing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident, disciplined and target‑oriented.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
