About the role
The Waldolf British Academy is seeking qualified teachers for its Early Years Foundation Stage, primary and secondary programmes in Port Harcourt. Candidates will join a dynamic team delivering both Nigerian and British curricula across subjects such as Humanities, English and Mathematics. The role is full‑time and based at the campus on Igbo‑Etche Road, Rumuokwurusi. Successful applicants will collaborate with a diverse faculty and contribute to school improvement initiatives. Applicants should hold an HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A or an equivalent qualification.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of leadership experience for Academic Lead positions (other roles require proven teaching experience).
- Demonstrated track record of school improvement, team leadership and community building.
- Strong knowledge of academic standards, child development and character education.
- Good understanding of both Nigerian and British curricula.
- Relevant work experience in the education sector.
- Proficiency with ICT tools.
- Creative approach to teaching and curriculum delivery.
