Supply & Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Supply & Procurement Officer to manage purchase orders, coordinate with original equipment manufacturers and customers, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Identify discrepancies in customer and OEM purchase orders and obtain internal approvals before external communication.
• Maintain and update open orders spreadsheet and record all communications with OEMs and customers.
• Generate reports on purchase order progress, completion dates and production challenges, and provide weekly updates to customers.
• Track orders from placement through delivery, pass relevant information to logistics, and inspect received orders for correct quantity and product.
• Update goods inventory records and accompany deliveries to customers or instructed warehouses within Nigeria.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and technical knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
