About the role
The Supervisor will drive both in‑store and online sales growth for Buckers Concept. You will be responsible for promoting online account opening, increasing sales through promotions and business development, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Promote online account opening and boost online sales.
- Maximise shop sales through promotions, business‑development strategies and innovative ideas.
- Identify and fulfil the business needs of each shop.
- Expand the customer base across retail, web‑based and mobile channels.
- Maintain high product knowledge for all company offerings.
- Monitor compliance with customer‑service standards.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE (Secondary School Certificate) in a related field.
- No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills listed; strong willingness to learn and adapt.
