Subsea Manager – Offshore & Onshore Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Subsea Manager to supervise and coordinate all subsea operations for a semi‑submersible drilling rig, covering both onshore and offshore activities. The role involves overseeing maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of subsea equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency across the project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all subsea operations for the semi‑submersible drilling rig, both onshore and offshore.
• Oversee maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of Cameron and NOV subsea equipment.
• Lead and manage the subsea team, ensuring efficient performance in diverse environments.
• Develop and implement subsea procedures to maximize operational efficiency and safety.
• Document and report all maintenance plans and related documentation for the subsea department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.
• Facilitate communication between onshore management and offshore operations.
• Plan and oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of Blowout Preventer (BOP) systems and other subsea hardware.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in subsea operations, managing both onshore and offshore activities.
• Proven track record with Cameron and NOV subsea equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; additional subsea certifications are a plus.
• Commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Flexibility to work in both onshore and offshore settings as required.
