Strategic Project Lead - PCB & AI Platforms (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end hardware development for PCB and AI platforms. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality prototypes and production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation for PCB and embedded system initiatives.
• Lead collaboration between hardware engineers, firmware developers, mechanical engineers, and external vendors.
• Oversee PCB layout reviews, signal‑integrity analysis, component selection, and manufacturability assessments.
• Monitor key performance indicators, manage risks, and ensure quality compliance.
• Present technical and business updates to senior leadership and secure necessary approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of PCB design and embedded systems experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage complex hardware projects from concept through production.

• C and C++ firmware development, JTAG, logic analyzer debugging
