Store Manager – Beauty & Wellness

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our growing beauty and wellness brand in Lagos, Marina. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to meet operational and sales targets.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and brand visibility.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock control, merchandising, and product availability.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, operational, and performance reports.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within beauty, wellness, spa, salon, retail, hospitality or similar service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
