Store Keeper

About the role

Quema Consulting Limited is seeking a Store Keeper to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and maintain accurate stock records at its Delta location in Marina.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and goods.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Issue materials based on authorized requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper labelling, arrangement, and safe storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Prepare stock and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for all materials received and issued.

Required profile

• OND/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
