About the role

We are looking for a skilled Stir‑Fry/Wok Chef to join our kitchen team at Clearview Professional Consults Ltd in Lagos. The successful candidate will lead the wok station, delivering high‑quality stir‑fry dishes during busy service periods while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of stir‑fries and appetizer dishes using both traditional and modern wok techniques.
• Manage and operate the wok station efficiently during peak service hours.
• Ensure consistency, taste, and attractive presentation of every dish.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredient quality and control stock levels for the wok station.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes.
• Deliver timely food preparation while maintaining quality under pressure.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Stir‑Fry Chef or Wok Chef (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of wok cooking techniques and high‑heat food preparation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and passion for quality cooking.
• Good time‑management and teamwork skills.
• Culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
