About the role
Dee Tawak Petroleum and Gas Nigeria Limited is seeking a Station Operation Staff to oversee daily operations at its fuel station located on Ado Road, Ajah, Lagos. The role involves managing opening and closing activities, supervising on‑site staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily records, reporting operational issues to management, and supporting a disciplined, reliable on‑site presence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations and opening/closing activities.
- Coordinate and monitor on‑site staff attendance and conduct.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain basic daily records and reports.
- Escalate operational issues to management when required.
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Basic record‑keeping and reporting skills.
- Reliable, disciplined, and physically present on site.
- Ability to coordinate staff and enforce procedures.
- Prior experience in retail or operations is an advantage.
