Special Projects Graduate Intern

About the role

This 12‑month graduate internship combines community outreach for AI education with business development for commercial platforms. You will work across non‑profit and for‑profit initiatives, helping the AI‑4AI mission reach schools while also scaling its products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead physical and virtual school outreach programs, delivering AI‑4AI’s mission to students and educators.
• Identify, pitch and build relationships with sponsors and partners to secure financial or in‑kind donations for outreach initiatives.
• Support end‑to‑end management of the AI‑4AI membership community, facilitating virtual networking sessions and engagement activities.
• Formulate and execute business, marketing and sales strategies to scale the Pedagic and Terra platforms.
• Design creative campaigns and growth hacks to increase the active user base and drive revenue for commercial platforms.
• Ensure cross‑functional projects move swiftly from planning to execution, meeting agreed objectives and timelines.

Required profile

• Confident Communicator – prior teaching, tutoring or facilitation experience and comfortable public speaking.
• Commercial Thinker – strong business acumen with interest in marketing, sales and startup growth strategies.
• Persuasive Networker – excellent stakeholder management and ability to pitch ideas to secure sponsorships or partnerships.
• Adaptable Generalist – thrives in ambiguity and can pivot between non‑profit education initiatives and customer‑acquisition strategies for a dating app.
• Proactive Executor – highly organized, self‑directed and focused on turning ideas into measurable action.
