About the role

We are looking for a professional Spa Therapist to deliver high‑quality spa and wellness treatments to our clients in Abuja. The role involves providing massage therapy, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional spa and wellness treatments, including massage therapy, according to established standards.
• Assess client needs, recommend appropriate services, and educate them on after‑care and wellness practices.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and comfortable treatment rooms before and after each session.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and infection prevention, including proper disinfection of equipment.
• Monitor spa supplies and inform management when restocking is required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with spa, gym, and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Certificate or recognised qualification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• At least three years of practical experience in a spa, wellness centre, salon or similar environment.
• Professional appearance, reliable punctuality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
