Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of advanced massage and body treatments to our guests while ensuring a high standard of client care and hygiene. This full‑time position is based in our Marina location in Abuja and includes opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced massages (deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone) and specialized body treatments such as scrubs and wraps.
• Conduct detailed client consultations, recommend home‑care products, and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Train and mentor junior spa therapists, provide orientation for new hires, and report operational issues to management.
• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, safe, and hygienic, manage inventory levels, and handle guest feedback professionally.

Required profile

• Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar spa therapy role.
• Ability to safely perform body scrub, body massage, waxing, and manicure/pedicure procedures.
• Maintain equipment and product inventory.
