About the role
The Software Engineering Tutor will deliver practical programming and software development training to students in Port Harcourt. You will guide learners through coding projects, support their academic growth, and maintain an engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach programming and software development concepts through hands‑on sessions.
- Guide students on coding projects and assignments, providing mentorship and feedback.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials and curricula.
- Design and administer tests, grade assignments, and track student progress.
- Foster a positive, interactive classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Completed NYSC (mandatory).
- Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Passion for teaching and supporting student growth.
