Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Abuja will lead BuildTrack Africa’s social media presence. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, execute and manage campaigns across key platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate and schedule content for multiple social channels, optimizing profiles for maximum reach.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond promptly and maintain a professional tone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategy with broader digital marketing and communication goals.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and emerging social media trends to continuously improve the online presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing or social media management role, preferably within tech or property‑related industries.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abuja and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
