Social Media & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an organised Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, engage audiences and run campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and our website. You will collaborate with a dedicated content creator and coordinate customer enquiries with the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish relevant content on all active social platforms.
• Write persuasive captions and keep social pages and Stories active.
• Manage comments, community interactions and coordinate buying enquiries with customer service.
• Work with the content creator to deliver product promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Review platform insights, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate and consistent product information and brand communication.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and executing campaigns.
• Strong caption writing, planning, audience engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret social media results and suggest practical next steps.
• Initiative, attention to detail and capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Practical Meta advertising experience.
• Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools.
