Social Media Manager (Travel & Tourism)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead our travel‑focused digital presence. You will craft engaging content, run advertising campaigns and support our customers, helping to grow our brand in the tourism market.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and manage travel‑related content across social media platforms.
• Design marketing materials and edit promotional videos using tools such as Canva, Photoshop and CapCut.
• Plan, execute and monitor social media advertising campaigns via Meta Business Suite.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to optimise campaigns.
• Update and maintain the company website using WordPress.
• Provide basic IT support and respond to client inquiries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, airline policies, visa regulations and tourism developments.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, marketing and customer‑satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging travel content.
• Strong communication, customer‑service and organisational skills.
