Social Media Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence in the real‑estate sector. You will create engaging visual and written content that showcases our properties, projects and brand activities, while acting as the on‑camera face of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create original photos, videos, reels and stories that highlight properties and company initiatives.
• Appear on camera for walkthroughs, interviews and brand videos, delivering a confident and articulate presence.
• Write on‑brand captions and copy that reflect the company’s voice and values.
• Monitor social media trends, adapt strategies and maximize reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and grow the online community.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report insights regularly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and listings.
• Stay updated on real‑estate industry trends and competitor activity on social media.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation, with a portfolio of work.
• Strong on‑camera presence – confident, well‑spoken and comfortable presenting to an audience.
• Professional and polished appearance suitable for representing the brand publicly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must reside within or around Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos, or be willing to commute reliably.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, marketing or a related industry is an advantage.
