Social Media Manager & Marketer (Internship)

About the role

Join Thinkpeopleltd as a Social Media Manager and Marketer intern, supporting the promotion of real‑estate projects across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives interest in property listings, short‑let apartments, and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create graphics, reels, videos, captions and promotional materials.
• Capture and edit property and project‑site photos and videos.
• Produce short‑form content such as property tours, interviews and testimonials.
• Promote listings, short‑let apartments, projects and investment opportunities.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, enquiries and leads.
• Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Monitor content and campaign performance and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, followers and leads.
• Research current real‑estate and digital‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• Serving NYSC member or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience managing social‑media pages and creating graphics and videos.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
