Social Media Manager

About the role

Abbpay is seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Social Media Manager to grow its online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. The role involves planning, creating, publishing and monitoring content that promotes Abbpay’s SaaS products, builds brand awareness and generates qualified leads from small businesses and accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear social‑media strategy and monthly content plans aligned with business goals and product features.
• Create and coordinate engaging content formats such as flyers, carousels, reels, videos, testimonials and educational posts.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand‑consistent visuals and messaging.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and mentions, responding professionally or routing enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Support paid‑social campaigns by preparing content, captions and targeting ideas.
• Track performance metrics weekly and monthly, reporting on reach, engagement, clicks, leads and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social‑media accounts for a business, tech company, SaaS platform or finance brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube content formats and trends.
• Excellent writing ability for captions, short copy, scripts and campaign messaging.
• Ability to translate complex software features into simple, attractive marketing messages.
• Good organisational and reporting skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
