Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms. The role involves creating engaging visual content, interacting with customers, and supporting sales through social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and additional social media channels.
• Develop and execute a consistent social media and content strategy.
• Create high‑quality Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, videos and other creatives.
• Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Shoot and edit product/fabric photos and videos for social media.
• Stay updated on trends, sounds, hashtags and formats, adapting them to the brand.
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy and customer‑focused content.
• Engage customers through comments, DMs, polls and interactive content.
• Identify potential customers and forward relevant enquiries to the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales to create content that supports acquisition.
• Monitor performance, engagement and audience growth, providing regular reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in retail, fashion, fabrics, beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Proven ability to create engaging visual content.
• Strong photography, videography and basic video‑editing skills.
• Ability to use Canva, CapCut or similar content‑creation tools.
• Excellent customer service and online engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn about fabrics, pricing and product presentation.
