Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and YouTube. You will shape content strategy, engage our community and support brand growth for Wana Sambo Clothing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with product launches and brand moments.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, creating reels, carousels, stories and captions using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Monitor trends and produce content that reflects the brand voice while responding promptly to DMs, comments and mentions.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, brand team and photographers to source high‑quality visual and video assets.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics using Meta Business Suite and native platform analytics.
• Manage influencer collaborations and support campaign execution from concept to rollout.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or creative industries.
• Strong copywriting ability and eye for visual storytelling.
• Comfortable on camera or directing video content.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
• Passion for elegant fashion and women’s empowerment.
